Orders & pricing

Prices are in USD unless clearly stated otherwise. The final price, applicable tax, shipping, and payment method are presented before payment. Order acknowledgement confirms receipt, not guaranteed acceptance or availability. We may contact you about a pricing error or unavailable product and offer cancellation and a refund rather than charge a revised price without consent.

Products & availability

Images illustrate the product; colors may vary with display settings. Verify measurements and material details before ordering. Catalog availability is subject to supplier confirmation; quantity tracking being disabled does not guarantee unlimited physical stock.

Delivery, cancellation & returns

The Shipping Information and Returns & Aftercare pages form part of these terms. Mandatory consumer cancellation rights and remedies prevail over conflicting terms. Refunds use the original payment method where applicable.

Use & intellectual property

Use the service truthfully and do not misuse accounts, interfere with security, or submit unlawful content. Product names and trademarks remain the property of their respective owners. Eric Trading does not claim affiliation with Canoe Club or ownership of other brands.

Responsibility & disputes

Nothing excludes liability that may not be excluded under applicable law or restricts mandatory consumer rights. Contact support first to seek resolution. Any applicable law or forum remains subject to mandatory protections available in your place of residence.

Privacy & updates

Personal information is handled according to the Privacy Policy. We may update these terms prospectively; the terms applicable when you order govern that order except where law requires otherwise.
