30-day return requests

Contact support@erictrading.studio within 30 days of delivery to request a return. Include your order number, items, and reason. Wait for return instructions and the correct return address before sending goods.

Condition

Items should be unused, unwashed, with original tags and packaging. Hygiene-sealed goods must retain their seal unless defective. Gift cards and personalized items are excluded except where mandatory consumer rights apply.

Costs & refunds

Customers cover return shipping for change-of-mind returns. We cover reasonable return costs for verified faulty, incorrect, or damaged goods. Original delivery charges are refundable where required by law. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method after inspection, normally within 14 days of receiving the returned goods or required proof of return. Your bank may require additional processing time.

Exchanges & rights

Size exchanges depend on availability; contact support first. This policy does not restrict statutory cancellation rights, warranties, or remedies for nonconforming goods.
