Before ordering

Available destinations, delivery charges, taxes, and estimated delivery dates must be displayed at checkout before payment. If your location has no shipping option, contact support before placing an order.

Dispatch & tracking

Orders are processed after payment confirmation and product availability checks. Tracking is emailed when the carrier accepts the shipment. Delivery estimates are not guarantees and can be affected by customs, weather, and carrier delays.

Duties & address changes

Any import duties or taxes not collected at checkout may be payable to your local authority or carrier. Contact us promptly for address corrections; changes after dispatch may not be possible. Report lost, damaged, or incomplete deliveries to support with your order number.
